Members can order prints or purchase downloads with minimal effort and have it charged to their Sir Speedy account.

Email Notifications

Invitations to bid are sent to members when a new project is posted to the site. Additionally, any member who has ordered a print or download will get an email when addendums are added or amended with a direct link to the revision or addendum.

Electronic Plan Room

As a member, you'll be able to receive access to our online plan room. With state-of-the-art software, we're able to offer full 24/7 access to drawings and spec books right from this website. Eliminate the need to spend time and gas money driving to view plans during your work day.
If you're not comfortable with online viewing, we can coach you through the process during our normal business hours. We'll help get you up to speed, allowing you to save time by doing online viewing when it's most convenient during your business day.

Hard Copy Plan Room

Our convenient location with plenty of parking will save you time and money, as well as our "members-only" pricing on blueprint and spec book copies. We'll print your copies for you - no more unstapling and restapling - and the spec book copies are self-serve. Our plan room is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday for you to view documents and request or pick up printing orders.

Access to BXWI

WBE is an affiliate of Builders Exchange of Wisconsin. For an additional fee, you'll be able to receive access to BXWI's online plan room which contains projects from all over the state and allows you to print drawings. Call Cindy for more info.

Greater Control

General contractors can take advantage of our straightforward document management services which include copy and distribution of prints, fast addendum notification and tracking, and control over your online documents. Architects and engineers can easily invite contractors to view or order plans by sending them an online invitation. Our sophisticated software allows you to control printing and viewing of drawings, control access, and keep a history of all changes. It's all there, neatly organized and ready for bidders.

Because the Wausau Builders Exchange is  located at Sir Speedy, you can get blueprint copies at the special member's rate. Place your order for copies online and when you get here to pick them up, your copies will be waiting. Many of you are already coming to Sir Speedy for your blueprint copies and other printing needs. Now you can come to one location for all your commercial and residential bidding and reprographic needs as well!
